This high-pressure system integrates pilot-operated valves, robust cylinders, and durable fluid lines to handle heavy loads and frequent cycles in construction, mining, and material handling applications.   • 1. Power Source & Fluid Management​
  • Gear Pump: A high-efficiency gear pump that draws hydraulic fluid from the Engine Oil Tank via the Suction Adapter Assembly and Suction Adapter of Working Pump, generating pressure up to 25 MPa to power the system.​
  • Oil Inlet/Return Tubes: Oil Inlet Tube I/II to Working Valve and Oil Return Pipe I/II of Working Valve manage fluid flow between the pump, valves, and tank. The Oil Return Assembly ensures filtered, cool fluid recirculates, while the Radiator Feeding Joint and Radiator Oil-out Joint connect to the cooling system to prevent overheating.​
