Driver control initiates at the robust Steering Wheel Assy, securely fastened to the Steering Shaft with an M16x1.5 Hex. Nut.
The Steering Column Weldment forms the core structural spine, protected by a Rubber Sleeve and firmly mounted using M10×30 Hex. Head Bolts paired with Spring Lock Washers 10 and Flat Washers 10. A critical Slotted Spring Pin ensures positive location.
The heart of the system is the high-efficiency Full Hydraulic Steering Gear, generating precise hydraulic pressure for effortless turning.
It’s rigidly secured within the chassis via the Bracket Weldment using M10×25 Hex. Head Bolts.
Hydraulic fluid delivery and return connect via specialized Hollow Bolts (M16×1.5, M18×1.5) with sealing ensured by Washers (16, 18) and an O-Ring Seal 18×2.65.
High-pressure fluid flows through the Oil Delivery Pipe Back Weldment, Oil Delivery Pipe Before Weldment, and Inlet Pipe Assy.
Return lines are managed by the Oil Return Pipe Assy.
Critical connections to the steering cylinders use Steering Cylinder Pipe(1) and Steering Cylinder Pipe(2), linked via Connectors and Washer 20.
Flexible routing employs durable Hose Assy and Rubber Pipes (10-390, 13-390), secured with corrosion-resistant Hoops 2A (13-20, 44-64, 16-25) and protected by Rubber Jackets. Extended Pipes provide necessary reach.
The Steering Cylinder Assy converts hydraulic pressure into linear force for wheel movement.
Its pivotal connection features a precision Ball Connector running between Upper and Lower Ball Seats, retained by a Circlip for Hole 30 and shielded by a Dustproof Cover. Axial retention is guaranteed by a robust Circlip Stop Ring.
Hydraulic pressure is supplied by the reliable Compound Gear Pump.
The Steering Tank Assy provides essential fluid reservoir capacity.
Connector Assy(Right) ensures specific right-side hydraulic routing.
Pressure Plates and Base Plates of Fixed Clips, secured with M8×25 Hex. Head Bolts, Spring Lock Washers 8, and M8 Hex. Nuts, organize and protect critical lines.
Maintenance is simplified with strategically placed Grease Nipple 45°M10×1 fittings.
