  • 1. Structural Frame Assembly & ROPS Compliance
    The Upper frame weldment forms the primary roll-over protection structure (ROPS), engineered from high-tensile steel to meet ISO 3471 safety standards. It integrates with the Right support frame and Left support frame, creating a certified safety canopy. Critical Hex. head bolt M16×185 connections at pivot points provide exceptional shear strength, while Padding plates distribute impact forces across the frame geometry.

  • Heavy-Duty Hinge System: Features dual U type bolt assemblies reinforced by Hex. head bolt M24×130, Plain washer 24, and Hex. nut M24 – creating vibration-resistant pivots for smooth folding.
  • Positive Locking: A spring-loaded Lock pin engages through the frame when deployed, secured by a Spring lock pin and protected with a Rubber sheath against corrosion and accidental disengagement. This ensures fail-safe operation in rugged conditions.
