What is the SANY Steering System

  • This document details the first quadrant (SANY Steering System), focusing on the foundational hydraulic circuit routing and its secure mounting architecture. This sub-assembly is critical for ensuring leak-free fluid transfer and structural integrity under high pressure. A key sealing element, the O-Ring, is precision-installed within a Flange Split connection, which is secured by a Screw to prevent leaks at critical junctions. The entire network is anchored to the vehicle’s framework via the robust Main plate, which serves as the primary load-bearing surface.
  • Hydraulic fluid is directed through a series of Steel tube assembly lines, shaped and routed for optimal flow. These tubes are supported and isolated using various clamping solutions. A Fixed seat provides a solid mounting point, while a Clamp and specifically a U-CLAMP are fastened with a Screw to a Pipe clamp seat, firmly gripping the Steel tube assembly to dampen vibration and prevent fatigue. Directional changes in the fluid path are managed by specialized connectors, including a Fitting, Tee for flow division and a Fitting, Elbow for 90-degree turns.
  • Secure fastening is paramount, achieved through a combination of a Bolt, multiple Washer types (for load distribution and locking), and a Nut. A second Fixed seat is employed to stabilize another section of the tubing. For flexible hose segments, a Hose clip seat is used in conjunction with another U-CLAMP to ensure a firm, reliable connection, completing this segment of the highly reliable SANY Steering System.
