  • This modular Sandwich Multiole Control Valve serves as the central nervous system for hydraulic circuits in Dongfeng heavy machinery. Engineered for precise fluid direction and pressure regulation, its layered “sandwich” design enables compact, customizable flow control in demanding industrial applications.
  • Core Valve Assembly & Sealing:
  • The heart of the system is the robust Sandwich Multiole Control Valve, designed for multi-circuit hydraulic control.
  • Critical sealing at all interfaces utilizes precision Washers (18 & 14) and specialized hydraulic seals to prevent leaks under high pressure.
  • The valve block is secured with high-torque Hex. Head Bolt M18x1.5 fasteners, ensuring structural integrity during operation.
  • Hydraulic Fluid Routing & Connections:
  • High-pressure fluid enters through dual Inlet Pipe lines and the Inlet Pipe (2).
  • Return flow is managed by the Return Pipe Weldment.
  • The Distributor Inlet Pipe directs fluid to secondary circuits.
  • Industry-standard Quick Change R1/2” fittings enable fast hose connections for serviceability.
  • Hollow Bolts provide secure, leak-proof transitions between pipe sections and valve ports.
  • Structural Integration & Mounting:
  • The Connecting Plant Weldment and Fixed Plant form the rigid mounting framework.
  • Heavy-duty anchoring uses Hex. Nut M24×2 with appropriate lock washers for vibration resistance.
  • Secondary components are secured with Hex. Head Bolts (M6x55) paired with Spring Washers 6 and Hex. Nuts M6.
  • Spring Washers throughout the assembly maintain consistent clamping force under thermal cycling.
