At the heart of this critical assembly lies the massive SLEWING BEARING, which is securely mounted to the chassis using high-strength BOLT fasteners, including specific BOLT M30×3×200 and BOLT M10×25 types, paired with various washers such as the WASHER 30, WASHER 8, and WASHER 10 to ensure a perfectly fixed and load-bearing connection. The rotational force is generated by one or more robust SLEWING MOTOR ASSEMBLY units, which are precisely aligned using PIN components.
A dedicated lubrication system, featuring LUBRICATING PIPE lines and an OIL CUP-2, is integrated directly into the SLEWING BEARING to guarantee continuous protection and longevity. The hydraulic and control circuits are managed through a network of HOSE ASS’Y lines, connected via JDCCONNECTOR, CONNECTOR BODY, and multiple CONNECTOR units, secured with fittings like the NUT M14×1.5. Sealing and retention are handled by components like the IMPREGNATED HOOP, PLUG, and PAD.
