  • Core Pumping & Drive Assembly:
  • The high-volume Gear Pump generates essential oil pressure, securely mounted via high-strength Hex. Head Bolts (M8×35, M8×40).
  • Oil intake is managed by the Suction Pipe Assy of Gear Pump, featuring a durable O-Ring Seal (18×2.65) and secured by specialized Fastening Bolts.
  • Drive connection utilizes a Hex. Head Bolt (M8×25) paired with a Plain Washer 8.
  • High-Pressure Oil Filtration:
  • Contaminant removal is handled by the high-efficiency Filter, mounted on the dedicated Filter Bracket.
  • Critical sealing at the filter head employs a Paper Gasket for reliable interface integrity.
  • The bracket is robustly anchored using M10×20 Hex. Head Bolts with Spring Lock Washers 10 and Plain Washers 10.
  • Precision Oil Delivery Piping:
  • Pressurized oil flows through the segmented Filter Oil Delivery Pipe-Front Part and Filter Oil Delivery Pipe-Rear Part.
