  • 1. Core Clutch Assemblies
    Dongfeng clutch systems feature robust main clutch and PTO clutch units designed for demanding applications. The main clutch relies on a high-torque driven plate and a durable pressure plate, precisely controlled by a disc spring for smooth engagement. The PTO clutch incorporates its own dedicated driven plate and pressure plate, ensuring independent power take-off operation. Critical adjusting bolts enable precise calibration of clutch clearance, maximizing performance and lifespan.
  • 2. Release Mechanism & Actuation
    Precise clutch disengagement is achieved through Dongfeng’s engineered release system. The main release lever transmits force via the lever release pull rod and release fork to the release bearing (65TNK20), seated securely in the release bearing seat. Return springs and a sturdy release shaft ensure positive engagement return. Linkages utilize reliable clevis pins with head (B10×30) secured by split pins (3×25), rod clevis joints, and fine thread hex. nuts (M10×1) for longevity.
  • 3. Structural Housing & Mounting
    The clutch assembly is encased within a heavy-duty clutch cover, fastened with high-strength hex. head bolts (M10×90). Internal components like the fixed pressure plate are securely mounted, while critical hardware includes hex. head bolts (M10×25), plain washers 10, spring lock washers 10, and hex. nuts M6. A board for safety switch is integrated, mounted via hex. head bolts (M6×12) and spring lock washers 6 onto its safety switch bracket.
  • 4. Control Linkage & Adjustment
    Operator control is delivered through the ergonomic pedal weldment. Movement is transferred via a corrosion-resistant hot galvanized steel wire (Ⅰ-2) and optimized by an extension spring. The system includes a limit stop for pedal travel control and features angle grease nipples (45° M10X1) for easy lubrication of pivot points like the release shaft. Fine adjustments are facilitated by dedicated adjusting bolts locked securely with a set screw with dog point (Ⅱ).
