  • The Sitrak C5h Air Intake System (Mc07/Large Air Filter/Wv/850 – 865/Porosity 50) is a remarkable piece of automotive technology that plays a crucial role in the vehicle’s performance. This system is designed to provide clean, cool, and sufficient air to the engine, ensuring optimal combustion and power output.
  • At the heart of the air intake process, the Bellows (for air intake) serves as the initial gateway for fresh air. Its flexible design allows it to adapt to different engine movements and vibrations, while Hose clamps are used to securely fasten it to other components, preventing any air leakage. The Air intake assembly L32/37(without cyclone) is engineered to efficiently draw in air, filtering out large debris and minimizing the entry of warm air.
  • The Trim Plate Assembly not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the system but also helps in guiding the air flow smoothly. Spacer shaft bushings are incorporated to maintain proper alignment and reduce friction between moving parts. Semicircular head screws C6X25 – Z16X1,6 – ST and Semicircular head screw C – 6 X 115 – Z18X1,6 – ST – MAN183 – B4 are used to firmly connect various components, ensuring a stable and reliable structure.
  • Rubber metal washers are placed between the screw heads and the components to provide a tight seal and dampen vibrations.
