  • 1. FAW Power Steering Pipeline Module: Hydraulic Lifeline
    The FAW Power Steering Pipeline Module forms the critical hydraulic circulatory system for the power steering. It efficiently transfers pressurized fluid between the pump, reservoir, gearbox, and cooler, ensuring smooth, effortless steering control in FAW trucks under demanding conditions.
  • 2. High-Pressure Core: Seals & Connections
  • High-pressure Oil Pipe Assembly: This robust, precisely formed steel tube carries pressurized fluid from the pump to the steering gear, built to withstand extreme system pressures without failure.
  • Hollow Bolt: Specialized Hollow Bolts provide the sealed connection points for the high-pressure lines at the pump and gearbox, allowing fluid to flow through the bolt itself.
  • Compound Seal Washer: Critical for leak prevention, the Compound Seal Washer (often metal/rubber composite) creates a high-integrity seal between the Hollow Bolt and mating surfaces under high pressure and vibration.
  • 3. Secure Mounting & Routing: Brackets & Clamps
  • Bracket: General mounting Brackets provide secure anchor points along the chassis for various pipeline components.
  • Double Pipe Clamp Holder & Cover: The Double Pipe Clamp Holder and Double Pipe Clamp Cover work together to firmly secure two pipes (often supply and return lines) simultaneously to a single bracket point, minimizing vibration and chafing.
  • Double Pipe Clamp: This refers to the complete assembly (Holder + Cover + fasteners) used for bundling and securing two pipes.
  • Cable Ties: Used for supplementary routing and securing of hoses or wiring alongside the pipelines, keeping the assembly tidy and protected.
  • 4. Reservoir System: Filtration & Supply
  • Power Steering Oil Tank Assembly: This reservoir stores the hydraulic fluid, allows for heat dissipation, and provides a fill point. It incorporates baffles to reduce aeration.
  • Right Bracket-Power Steering Oil Tank / Left Bracket-Power Steering Oil Tank: Dedicated left and right Brackets ensure the oil tank is securely mounted to the vehicle frame.
  • Filter Assembly: Integrated within the tank or supply line, the Filter Assembly removes contaminants from the fluid, protecting sensitive pump and valve components.
  • Oil Supply Pipe: This hose or tube delivers filtered fluid from the Power Steering Oil Tank Assembly to the pump inlet.
  • Heavy-duty Worm Drive Type Hose Clamp: Used on connections like the Oil Supply Pipe, these adjustable, high-tension clamps provide reliable, leak-free seals on hose ends, capable of withstanding pressure and vibration.
  • 5. Return Lines & Pump Connection
  • Oil Return Pipe Assembly: This line carries lower-pressure fluid back from the steering gear or cooler to the reservoir tank, often made of durable, flexible hose.
  • Power Steering Oil Pump With Connector Assy: The heart of the system. This pump generates hydraulic pressure. The Connector Assy includes the specific ports and fittings pre-assembled for direct connection to the High-pressure Oil Pipe Assembly and Oil Supply Pipe.
  • 6. Precision Fastening Hardware
  • Hexagon Head Bolt: A versatile fastener used throughout the module for mounting brackets, clamps, and components.
  • Hexagon Flange Bolt Thick Rod (Standard Type): These bolts feature an integrated washer-like flange and a thicker shank (“Thick Rod”), providing increased strength and better load distribution, often used for critical mounts like the pump or tank brackets.
  • Hexagon Flange Nut: Used with flanged bolts or studs, these nuts also have an integrated flange for better load spreading and resistance to loosening.
  • Hexagon Nut: Standard nuts used with various bolts in the assembly.
  • Spring Washer: Used under nuts or bolt heads to provide a locking action, preventing loosening due to vibration.
  • Washer: Flat Washers are used to distribute load and protect surfaces under bolt heads or nuts.
