  • 2. Leaf Spring Anchor Points: Rear Bracket Assy
    Critical load transfer occurs at the Rear Bracket Assy-Front Leaf Spring and Rear Bracket-Front Leaf Spring. These high-strength castings or weldments provide the rigid mounting points for the leaf spring rear eye. They are securely bolted to the chassis frame using Hexagon Flange Bolt Thick Rod (Standard Type) for exceptional shear strength, paired with SPL Small Hexagon Flange Lock Nut to guarantee vibration-proof retention under constant stress.
  • 3. Leaf Spring Structure & Articulation
  • Bushings: The Bush-Leaf Spring, fitted within the spring eyes, provides a resilient, low-friction interface between the spring and the mounting PIN or Pin-Front Leaf Spring Bracket, allowing controlled articulation while dampening noise and vibration.
  • Retention & Alignment: The Ring-Front Leaf Spring (likely a keeper clip or thrust ring) ensures the leaf spring bundle remains correctly aligned on the center bolt and prevents lateral shifting during operation.
