This pre-assembled module significantly streamlines vehicle production by combining critical cooling components into a single, ready-to-install package. Key elements include the Radiator Assembly and Intercooler Assembly, forming the core heat exchange centers for engine coolant and charged intake air, respectively.
  • Secure Mounting & Structural Integrity: Precise vehicle integration is ensured through a robust network of brackets and cushions. The Radiator Suspension Device, featuring dedicated Left Lower Tray and Right Lower Tray, along with the Radiator Suspension Bracket Assembly, provides the primary lower support. This structure utilizes Hexagon Flange Bolt Thick Rod (Standard Type) fasteners, Hexagon Flange Lock Nuts, Bolts, Hexagon Nuts, Washers, Bushes, and specific Assembling Bolts for secure attachment. Vibration damping is achieved via the Link Cushion Assembly, Upper Seat Pad-Radiator Suspension Device, and Lower Seat Pad-Radiator Suspension Device. Similarly, the intercooler is precisely located using the Intercooler Left Upper Bracket, Intercooler Left Lower Bracket, Intercooler Lower Bracket(Rh), and Right Upper Bracket Of Inter-Cooler, secured with specific Assembling Bolts and featuring Cushion Assembly-Intercooler elements for isolation.
  • Coolant Expansion & Management: The Expansion Tank Assy, vital for coolant volume fluctuation, is firmly positioned by the Expansion Tank Left Bracket Assembly and Expansion Tank Right Bracket Assembly, fastened with Hexagon Flange Nuts. Coolant circulation relies on durable rubber piping: the Backwater Pipe Assembly (supported by its Backwater Pipe Bracket), Radiator Water Outlet Rubber Pipe, Radiator Water Inlet Rubber Pipe, Engine Degassing Rubber Pipe, Radiator Air Outlet Rubber Pipe, Water Return Rubber Pipe-Expansion Tank, and Water Return Rubber Pipe-Radiator. The Degassing Rubber Pipe Bracket provides additional routing support. Leak-proof connections across all pipes are guaranteed by Worm Drive Type Hose Clamp Type B and standard Small Worm Drive Type Hose Clamps.
