    The core torque transfer utilizes a precisely matched Spiral-bevel pinion and Spiral-bevel gear. This hypoid design ensures smooth, high-strength power transmission with optimized weight distribution and noise reduction. The pinion is supported by high-capacity Tapered roller bearing 2007111 (inner) and Tapered roller bearing 7207 (outer), delivering exceptional radial and thrust load capacity. Critical Adjusting shim, spiral bevel pinion allows precise gear mesh and backlash calibration, housed within a rigid Bearing seat, spiral bevel pinion.
  • 2. Heavy-Duty Differential System
  • Differential Housing & Gears: The Differential housing encloses the torque-splitting mechanism. Power is distributed via Planet gears rotating on a hardened Planet gear shaft, engaged with Half shaft gears.
  • Precision Adjustment: Optimal gear contact is maintained using Planet gear shim and Shim, half shaft gear components.
  • Secure Retention: The Planet gear shaft is locked by Fixing bolt for planet shaft and secured with a dedicated Lock piece. The assembly is sealed by a Differential cover.
  • 3. Precision Bearing & Spacing Systems
  • Half Shaft Support: Tapered roller bearing 7307 provides robust support for the axle half-shafts, handling high radial and axial loads from traction forces.
  • Axial Control: A Short spacer sleeve ensures correct bearing preload and positioning.
  • Lubrication Management: An Oil slinger efficiently directs gear oil to critical bearing surfaces, enhancing lubrication and cooling.
  • 4. Secure Fastening & Locking Mechanisms
    Reliable operation under extreme stress is ensured by:
  • High-Strength Fasteners: Fine pitch Hex. head bolt M10×1×30 and Fine thread Hex. head bolt M12X1.5X35 (secured with Spring lock washer 12) provide vibration-resistant connections for critical housings and covers.
  • Positive Locking: Multiple Lock piece elements prevent unintended loosening of adjustment nuts and shafts. Final pinion bearing preload is secured by a Lock nut, Lock washer, and associated Lock piece, forming a fail-safe retention system.
