  • Intermediate Axle Reducer Housing Assy: The primary, high-strength cast housing forming the structural core of the main reduction unit. It precisely houses the Intershaft Differential Assy, Driving\Driven Gear Wheel Assembly, bearings, and provides mounting interfaces for related components. Incorporates Dowel Pins for accurate alignment during assembly.
  • Gearset & Differential Systems:
  • Driving\Driven Gear Wheel Assembly: The core hypoid or spiral bevel gearset performing the primary speed reduction and torque multiplication. Consists of the input pinion gear and the large ring gear.
