This comprehensive system centers around the ELECTRIC LUBRICATING PUMP 8L (SINGLE LINE) mounted on a robust PUMP MOUNTING BASE, working in coordination with the FILTER MOUNTING BASE that secures the essential GREASE FILTER for contaminant removal.
The lubrication network of the XCMG Centralized Lubrication incorporates multiple LUBRICATING HOSE pathways connected through specialized fittings including CONNECTORM14-R1/8, CONNECTORM16×G3/8, and STRAIGHT JOINTM16-R0P25. The system features precision injection points with OIL INJECTOR-PANGU-ROUND units secured by both OIL INJECTOR FIXING BLOCK-4 PORT and OIL INJECTOR FIXING BLOCK-7 PORT assemblies. Fluid monitoring is facilitated through OIL CUP-2 and OIL CUP R1/4 components, while multiple JOINT and CONNECTOR elements ensure leak-proof connections throughout the circuit.
Secure fastening is achieved through various high-strength components including BOLT M8×16, BOLT M8×45, BOLT M10×20, BOLT M6×45, BOLT M10×25, and BOLT M8×20, all working with THICKENED FLAT WASHER and WASHER 6 elements.
