  • The Sitrak MAT16ZG Rear Axle Hub And Brake system, designed with a wheelbase of 1850 and featuring a wear alarm, is an integral part of the vehicle’s overall performance and safety. This advanced assembly is crafted to provide reliable operation and efficient braking under various driving conditions.
  • The Rear Hub Assembly forms the core of this setup, housing many crucial components. The Seal Ring and Axle Seal work together to prevent the leakage of lubricants and keep contaminants out, ensuring the longevity of the internal parts. The Spacer Assembly helps maintain proper spacing between components, while the Oil retaining disk keeps the oil in place, protecting the bearings.
  • Tapered roller bearings 30222 and 32222 are used to support the weight of the vehicle and allow for smooth rotation of the rear hub. These high – quality bearings are designed to withstand heavy loads and reduce friction. The Hexagon socket cone screw plug DIN906 – M24X1.5 – st and the Magnetic hexagon socket cone screw plug assembly M24x1.5 DIN158 are used to seal the housing and capture metal debris, preventing it from causing damage to the bearings and other moving parts.
  • The End cap assembly, secured with the End cap top pin and Hexagon head bolts M10, provides protection to the inner components of the rear hub.
