  • The Sitrak G7w Air Intake System (F Cab Raised 80/Wp10h National 5 National 6/6×4/8×4 Split Plate Spring Seat/Drainable Oil Bath/Extended Air Filter) is a highly efficient and advanced system designed to provide clean and filtered air to the engine, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This system is specifically engineered for Sitrak G7w vehicles with raised F cabs, Wp10h engines compliant with National 5 and National 6 emissions standards, and various axle configurations such as 6×4 and 8×4 with split plate spring seats. It features a drainable oil bath and an extended air filter for enhanced filtration and maintenance 
  • The air intake system consists of a series of components that work together seamlessly to ensure the proper flow of air. Hose Clamps are used throughout the system to securely fasten hoses and prevent air leaks. The Air filter outlet hose and Post Air Filter Bellows are designed to transport the filtered air from the air filter to the engine. The Hose Clamp, 145/185 N05074 and Hose clamp – 180/230 N05074 are specifically sized to fit the respective hoses and provide a tight seal.
  • The Negative Pressure Sensor is an important component that monitors the air pressure within the system and provides feedback to the engine control unit. This ensures that the engine is receiving the correct amount of air for optimal combustion. The Cross recessed pan head tapping screws are used to secure various components in place, providing a reliable and durable connection.
