  • The Sitrak Disconnect Balance Suspension (850, 5 X 37 Less Leaf Springs, Two Riding Bolts, Cast Crossmember, St13/St16 Axle, No Guide Plates) is a high – performance suspension system with a variety of essential components.
  • The balance shaft with housing assembly forms the core of the suspension, ensuring smooth operation and proper weight distribution. The cast thrust rod assembly provides strong support and stability, while the low leaf rear plate spring assemblies offer reliable shock absorption. The V – Thrust Rod Assembly helps in maintaining the correct alignment of the axles.
  • There are multiple types of fasteners and nuts used in this suspension. The Type 2 hexagonal nut M221.5, Type 2 all – metal hexagonal lock nuts, Type 2 hexagon nuts M201.5, Type 1 hexagonal nut M101.5, and Type 2 hexagonal nut M141.5 are all crucial for securely holding different parts together. Bolts such as hexagon head bolts M221.5, hexagon head bolts M201.5, hexagon head bolts M141.5, and hexagon head bolts M8 are used throughout the assembly. Hexagonal flange face bolts with teeth M161.5 and hexagonal flange bolts with teeth M8 provide enhanced grip and prevent loosening.
