  • The Sitrak chassis brakes in this configuration are a comprehensive and meticulously designed system, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This brake system is part of the C5/8×4/B30 model with an air – dry left built – in setup, along with a left battery box and side spare tire.
  • The system includes a storage cylinder bracket assembly (φ246), which provides a stable foundation for the aluminum alloy storage cylinder assembly Φ246/20L. To secure the storage cylinder, a storage cylinder tightening belt assembly (Φ246) is used, with tensioning pins ensuring a tight fit. Hexagonal flange face bolts M10 and nuts M10 are employed throughout the assembly for reliable connections.
  • Pipe fixing is an important aspect of the brake system. Pipe fixing brackets are installed using hexagonal flange bolts M8 and nuts M8. Another set of pipe fixing brackets uses hexagonal flange bolts M141.5 and nuts M14. There are also brackets for various components, such as the pressure reducing valve bracket. The pressure reducing valve (1.0 to 0.85MPa) is attached to its bracket with hexagonal flange face bolts M141.5 and M8, along with corresponding nuts.
  • The air dryer is a crucial component. It is mounted on the air dryer bracket with the help of flat washers, spring washers, hexagonal head bolts (fine thread), and hexagonal flange face nuts M14*1.5 and M8. The air dryer (1.0MPa w/control port) (silver pot) is connected to the system via an air exhaust elbow and hose clamps. A four – circuit protection valve and formed hose assembly ensure the proper distribution of air in the system.
  • There are multiple reservoir assemblies in the system. The 5L reservoir bracket holds the aluminum reservoir assembly Φ206/5L, fastened with hexagonal flange face bolts M10 and nuts M10. Drain valves are installed on the reservoirs to remove water, and plugs NG12 – M22X1.5 are used for sealing.
  • The larger aluminum alloy reservoir assemblies Φ276/40L and Φ276/30L are held in place by reservoir bracket assemblies, reservoir tightening strap assemblies (Φ276), and various fastening components like hexagonal flange face bolts M10, flat washers, pins, and cotter pins.
  • Fittings play a vital role in connecting different parts of the brake system. There are L – tee fitting bodies, right – angle fitting bodies, and straight fitting bodies in various sizes such as NG12/NW12, NG12/NW9, NG12/NW6, and NG8/NW6. Plastic tightening tapes and fastening bands are used to secure the connections.
  • Rubber protective sleeves, BHT 375M tie tapes, and BHT spacers are used for protection and insulation. Polyamide tubes in different sizes (Φ162, Φ121.5, Φ81, Φ61) are used to transfer air and ensure the smooth operation of the Sitrak chassis brakes.
