This assembly is engineered to provide a consistent and comfortable warm air supply throughout the vehicle cabin.
  • Structural Components and Fasteners
  • The assembly starts with the Heater top cover, which encloses and protects the internal components of the heater. It is securely fastened using Internal hexagonal self – tapping screws for plastics M3299 – D – 5X16 – ST – A3C. These screws are specifically designed for plastic parts, ensuring a firm and reliable connection. Additionally, Round head bolts (M3299 – D – 6X 25 – ST – MAN183 – B1) are used at multiple points in the assembly. These bolts offer strong fastening capabilities and are resistant to vibrations and loosening.
