  • The Sitrak 600l (440l + 160l) Left – Mounted Double – Chamber Aluminum Alloy Fuel Tank is a remarkable product designed to meet the demanding needs of vehicles operating in cold environments. With its 675×620 section featuring heated suction and return oil, and a tank heating/cold zone package, it offers exceptional performance and reliability.
  • At the heart of this setup is the 600L (440L + 160L) Aluminum Fuel Tank (675X620) located on the left side. This double – chamber design not only provides a large fuel capacity but also incorporates fuel heating technology. The fuel heating function ensures that the fuel remains at an optimal temperature, allowing for smooth engine operation even in extremely cold conditions.
  • To accurately monitor the fuel level, there are two types of fuel level sensors. The Oil level sensor (675×620 tank/quick plug type/water heating) is a quick – plug design integrated with water heating. It can be easily installed and provides real – time data on the fuel level while leveraging the water heating system for enhanced performance. The Fuel level sensor (675×620 tank/quick – insertion type/with heater return port) is another advanced option. It is of the quick – insertion type and has a heater return port, which is crucial for maintaining the fuel’s temperature and ensuring efficient fuel circulation.
  • The connection components of the fuel and water systems are also well – thought – out. There are various fittings available. The Fitting (M16x1.5/Long) is suitable for connections that require extra length, while the Fitting (M16x1.5/short) is perfect for tight – space installations.
