  • 1. Operator Control Interface

Precise lever positioning is achieved through the LEVER SHAFT SLEEVE and secured with a NUT and SPRING WASHER. Dual FINGER LEVER WELDMENT components further refine control input within the mechanism.
  • 2. Gear Engagement & Positioning Mechanism
    Core engagement functionality resides in the PTO GEARSHIFT FORK, directly mounted on the PTO FORK SHAFT. Positive gear selection is ensured by dual FORK SHAFT LOCATING SPRING units working with a BALL detent system, providing tactile feedback and secure positioning in either engaged or disengaged states. Alignment is maintained by a critical SPACER BUSH.
  • 3. Control Linkage & Motion Transfer
    Mechanical force transmits from the lever through the PTO CONTROL ROD ASSEMBLY, specifically the PTO CONTROL ROD WELDMENT. This connects via the PULL ROD FRONT FORK and CONTROL ROD to the shift fork. Vibration damping is incorporated through the CONTROL ROD DAMPING PIPE, while precise articulation is enabled by multiple PIN elements (listed 6 times) and a SLEEVE within the SHAFT SLEEVE assembly.
