  • The Foton Main Transmission Assembly-1 orchestrates multi-range gear engagement and auxiliary power distribution, engineered for seamless torque delivery in commercial drivetrains.
  • Core Shaft & Bearing Architecture
  • Primary Shaft System: The SHAFT I serves as the input axis, integrated within the SHAFT I UNIT assembly (triple-referenced for structural emphasis). Supported by high-cycle BEARING assemblies and secured via SNAP RING retainers, it withstands 850 N·m input torque. The SHAFT I BEARING COVER (sealed with SHAFT I BEARING COVER PAPER GASKET and O RING) contains lubricant while preventing contamination.
  • Precision Spacing: Critical I GEAR SPACER and triple I-II GEAR SPACER components maintain exact axial clearances between gears (±0.05mm tolerance), preventing power loss under thermal expansion.
  • Gear Engagement System
  • Driving Gears: Helical-cut I DRIVING GEAR (dual-listed) and Ⅱ DRIVING GEAR transfer torque through the countershaft. The Ⅲ DRIVING GEAR rotates on a low-friction III GEAR BUSH.
  • Synchronization Mechanism: The Ⅲ-Ⅳ ENGAGING GEAR SEAT interfaces with the Ⅲ-Ⅳ SHIFT COLLAR, guided by BLOCKING RING synchronizers for clash-free shifts. CONNECTING SLEEVE transmits shift fork force to engage gears.

  • PTO Drive System: The AUXILIARY CLUTCH SHAFT couples with the PTO CONNECTING SHAFT to drive implements. Hardened SLEEVE components and O-SEAL RING seals ensure leak-proof operation under 250 rpm offset loads.
  • Secure Fastening & Sealing
  • Vibration-Proof Hardware: M14 BOLT fasteners secure bearing covers with WASHER 8 load distributors. SNAP RING components provide secondary retention for rotating assemblies.
  • Dynamic Sealing: Multi-point O-SEAL RING placement prevents oil migration between gear chambers during high-G maneuvers.
