  • 1. Hydraulic Fluid Supply & Reservoir
    The system’s lifeblood begins at the STEERING OIL TANK AND BREATH ASSEMBLY, securely mounted by the STEERING OIL TANK BRACKET using BOLT, WASHER, and NUT fasteners. Hydraulic fluid is drawn through the OIL SUCTION HOSE into the critical OIL PUMP INLET STEEL PIPE WELDMENT. Key COMBINED SEAL GASKET and O-SEAL RING components ensure leak-free connections throughout this fluid intake pathway.
  • 2. High-Pressure Pump & Core Power Generation
    Central to steering force is the PERMANENT OVERFLOW PUMP, generating essential hydraulic pressure. Its output flows through the OIL PUMP OUTLET STEEL PIPE WELDMENT, connected via a STRAIGHT THREAD JOINT BODY sealed with another COMBINED SEAL GASKET. Mounting security is ensured by BOLT and WASHER 18 components, forming the system’s power core.
  • 3. High-Pressure Fluid Distribution Network
    Pressurized fluid is precisely routed through dedicated circuits:
  • Left Circuit: Features the HIGHT PRESSURE LEFT OIL STEEL PIPE UNIT (x2) feeding the HIGHT PRESSURE LEFT OIL PIPE ASSEMBLY (x4), connected by a SHORT CONNECTING PIPE and secured with HOLLOW BOLT fasteners.

    After actuation, fluid returns via the OIL RETURN OUTLET PIPE WELDMENT and flexible OIL RETURN HOSE, clamped securely with HOSE HOOP 27. The LONG CONNECTING PIPE aids in efficient fluid routing back to the tank. LEFT OIL PIPE WELDMENT (x3) components also support the return flow path.
