FAW Rear Mudguard Logic Assembly

Left Rear Mudguard Bracket Fixing Seat & Right Rear Mudguard Bracket Fixing Seat: These heavy-duty anchor points are securely welded or bolted to the truck’s chassis frame or axle housing. They provide the primary, fixed foundation for attaching the mudguard bracket assemblies on their respective sides.

Rear Mudguard Bracket Assembly: This is the main structural arm connecting the mudguard panel to the Fixing Seat. Engineered for strength and correct positioning, it holds the mudguard at the optimal angle and distance from the tire.

Front Wheel Rear Mudguard Fixing Bracket Assy:  This specific bracket assembly provides the necessary mounting structure for mudguards positioned behind the front wheels, ensuring they are anchored securely to the chassis.

Left Rear Mudguard & Right Rear Mudguard: The primary protective panels, typically made from durable, impact-resistant materials like steel or reinforced polypropylene. They are contoured to fit specific wheel positions (rear axle wheels) and provide the main barrier against mud, water, and stones thrown up by the tires.

Left Rear Mudguard Splash Baffle & Right Rear Mudguard Splash Baffle: Additional, often more flexible or angled components attached to the main mudguards or brackets. These baffles further control spray direction, minimize sideways water/mud projection, and enhance overall containment efficiency behind the wheels.

Hexagon Flange Bolt Thick Rod (Standard Type): Used for the most critical structural connections, such as attaching the Rear Mudguard Bracket Assembly to the Fixing Seat or major brackets to the chassis. The thick rod provides superior shear strength, while the integrated flange distributes load and resists loosening under vibration. 

Hexagon Flange Lock Nut: Used in conjunction with high-strength bolts (like the Flange Bolt Thick Rod). Its prevailing torque design (often nylon insert or deformed threads) combined with the load-distributing flange ensures critical vibration-proof locking for long-term security.

Assembling Bolt: A general term covering various bolts used throughout the assembly for attaching brackets, baffles, and panels where specific high-shear or flange features aren’t listed. Provides essential clamping force.

Hexagon Nut & Large Washer: Standard nuts used with assembling bolts. Large Washers are crucial under nuts or bolt heads to distribute clamping load over a wider area, preventing damage to mudguard material or bracket holes and maintaining joint integrity.

Rear Mudguard Bracket: (Repeated term). Refers to the bracket itself, but contextually linked to the fasteners securing it.
