It incorporates a Fast Plug Connector, enabling a swift, secure, and leak-free connection to the critical air lines controlling the spring brake chambers.
  • Manual Valve Assembly: Represents the complete, ready-to-install unit, including the valve body, internal mechanism, control knob/lever, and the integrated Fast Plug Connector.
  • 3. High-Pressure Sealed Interface
  • Threaded Sleeve (M16) With Seal Ring Assy: This robust, sealed fitting forms the leak-proof connection point where the main air supply and delivery lines (typically controlling spring brake hold-off pressure) attach to the valve body. The M16 thread ensures a secure mechanical connection.
  • Special Shaped Seal Ring(Φ 9.7): A precision-engineered seal housed within the Threaded Sleeve Assy. Its unique geometry (Φ 9.7mm) creates a high-integrity, pressure-tight barrier between the sleeve and the valve port, preventing air leaks essential for reliable parking brake function and safety.
  • 4. Critical Internal Component Retention
  • Circlip(Φ 10): A Φ 10mm retaining ring used internally within the Manual Valve Assembly. It secures vital components like pistons, shafts, or internal seals in their correct position, ensuring consistent valve operation and preventing internal disassembly under pressure and vibration.
  • 5. Secure Cab Mounting
  • Assembling Bolt: High-strength bolts used to firmly fasten the Manual Valve Assembly bracket to its designated mounting location within the FAW truck’s cab. This ensures stable, vibration-resistant positioning for reliable driver access and operation.
