  • FAW Carpet Assembly System
  • Carpet Assembly: The primary floor covering, typically featuring heavy-duty, wear-resistant materials like molded rubber-backed carpet or specialized composites. Provides sound dampening, thermal insulation, and a comfortable driver/passenger environment.
  • Seal Film: A crucial barrier layer, often installed beneath the carpet or at its edges. Prevents moisture, dust, and debris from penetrating through the floor pan, protecting underlying cab structures and electrical components.
  • Right Front Carpet Assembly, Left Carpet Assembly, Left Front Carpet Assembly: Designates specific molded sections of the main carpet tailored for precise fitment in the right front footwell, left cab area, and left front footwell respectively, ensuring complete coverage and integration around pedals and seat bases.
