FAW Cab Rear Suspension Assembly(Lower Assembly)

Primary Ride Elements: Dual Rear Suspension Air Spring And Shock Absorber Assy units (Left and Right) form the core, providing load support and shock absorption using compressed air and hydraulic damping.

Hydraulic Lock Safety: Essential Cab Hydraulic Lock Assembly systems (LH & RH) incorporate a Hydraulic Lock Cushion with an Interior Sleeve, secured by Assembling Bolts. This mechanism safely locks the cab in a raised position during maintenance, preventing accidental lowering.

Structural Mounting: Upper connection points are provided by the Rear Suspension LH Upper Bracket and Rear Suspension RH Upper Bracket, anchored securely using high-strength Hexagon Flange Bolt Thick Rod (Standard Type) and Hexagon Flange Nut fasteners throughout the assembly.

Integrated Height Management: The Rear Suspension Height Valve & Height Adjustment Rod Assy governs cab level. Centered around the Height Adjustment Valve Assy, it utilizes the Height Adjustment Rod Assy-Rear Suspension.

Robust Linkage: The adjustment rod connects via the Upper End Height Adjustment Rod-Lower Suspension and Lower End Height Adjustment Rod to pivots: the Upper Fixed Point Pivot-Rear Suspension Height Adjustment Rod on the cab and the Lower Fixed Point Pivot-Height Adjustment Rod on the chassis. A Buffer Block-Height Adjustment Rod Assy prevents over-extension.

Secure Mounting: The system is held in place by the Fixing Bracket Assy-Rear Suspension Height Adjustment Rod, utilizing Hexagon Flange Bolts, Hexagon Nuts, Spring Washers, Washers, and secured with Split Pins for critical safety points.

Component Protection: Heat Insulation Cover A-Cab Rear Suspension and additional Heat Insulation Cover elements shield sensitive suspension components like air springs from exhaust heat, enhancing longevity.

Air System Integrity: Reliable air supply is ensured by the Air Pipe Assembly, specifically the Air Pipe Assembly -VOSS to Air Intake Of Rear Suspension, connecting the air system to the Height Valve. These are neatly routed and secured using Cable Ties and Plastic Tie Band Assembly.

Fastening Details: Components like heat shields are fastened using Cross Recessed Button Head Screw fasteners where appropriate.

Left & Right Systems: The assembly features symmetric Cab Left Rear Suspension Assembly and Cab Right Rear Suspension Assembly configurations, each with its dedicated air spring/shock absorber, upper bracket, hydraulic lock, and thermal protection.

High-Strength Fastening: The entire structure relies on numerous Hexagon Flange Bolt Thick Rod (Standard Type), Hexagon Flange Lock Nut, and Hexagon Flange Nut components for maximum durability and structural integrity under heavy loads and vibration.
