The XCMG Oil Pump, specifically the PUMP ASM (PREKINS), is the heart of the engine’s forced lubrication system. Its core mechanism involves a DRIVE SHAFT, connected to a secondary SHAFT, which is precisely aligned by a SET PIN and rotates within a durable BUSH to minimize friction. The pumping chamber is enclosed by a COVER PLATE, secured with a BOLT and WASHER. A critical RETAINER holds a SPRING that acts upon a VALVE ROD, forming the integral pressure relief mechanism to safeguard the entire XCMG Oil Pump. This assembly, fastened by another crucial BOLT, ensures the reliable and continuous oil flow that is vital for engine longevity and performance.
