  • Operator Interface & Pedal Mechanism: Driver engagement begins with the CLUTCH PEDAL ASSEMBLY. This pivotal component is mounted via PIN connections and features a robust PEDAL RETURN SPRING crafted from durable LOW CARBON STEEL WIRE. This spring ensures the pedal automatically returns to its fully released position after every depression. WASHER elements ensure proper load distribution at pivot points.
  • Mechanical Linkage & Force Transmission: Pedal movement is converted into linear force through the PULL ROD. This rod connects via specialized forks: the PULL ROD FRONT FORK at the pedal end and the PULL ROD REAR FORK at the clutch release mechanism. This linkage is secured and adjusted using NUT and PIN hardware. A critical THRUST SCREW ensures precise positioning within the linkage path.
