  • The Sitrak 400L Aluminum Fuel Tank Fuel System, designed for G7 models with various configurations such as 6×4/K36, 8X4/K25, and compatible with MC11/MC13 engines and 300 – frame chassis, is a comprehensive and efficient fuel storage and delivery solution. With a 700×700 fuel tank mounted on the right side in a straight – side configuration and incorporating TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizate) technology, this system is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of heavy – duty commercial vehicles.
  • The fuel system features a series of components that work together to ensure the safe and efficient transfer of fuel. Plastic Tight Band and Plastic Tightening Straps are used to secure various hoses and tubes, preventing any potential leaks or displacements. The Polyamide tube colorless transparent 16*2 PA11W D74324 is utilized multiple times in the system, providing a reliable and durable conduit for fuel transfer. Its colorless and transparent nature allows for easy visual inspection of the fuel flow, while the PA11W material offers excellent resistance to chemicals and abrasion.
  • To protect the polyamide tubes from damage, Rubber protection sleeve 80x45x8 is employed. This sleeve provides a cushioning effect, reducing the risk of wear and tear caused by vibrations or contact with other components. The fuel tank is securely mounted using Hexagonal flange bolts with teeth M14*1.5 and Hexagonal flange nuts with teeth M14*1.5, which are tightened onto a Plate for added stability. The Pipe connector(16X2 oil pipe) is another important component that allows for the proper routing of the fuel pipes.

It is designed to provide a sufficient fuel capacity for long – distance hauling while being lightweight and durable. The Tension belt and cushion belt(big square tank/TPV/70 inner width) and Fuel tank strap are used to secure the tank in place, providing additional stability. A Pin is used to fasten the tension belt, and a Z – bracket and P – type clamp are also utilized for proper positioning and support. Hexagonal flange bolts M6 and Hexagonal Flange Nut M6 are used for smaller – scale fastening within the system.
