  • The Sitrak Engine Heat Shield (C7h/L32/L37) is a comprehensive thermal management solution engineered to safeguard the engine bay and enhance vehicle performance in the C7h, L32, and L37 models. This meticulously designed heat shield system integrates multiple components, each playing a crucial role in heat dissipation, noise reduction, and engine protection.
  • At the forefront of this assembly is the Hood Heat Shield Gasket, a high – temperature – resistant component that forms a tight seal between the hood and the engine, preventing heat from escaping into the cab and reducing the risk of thermal damage to surrounding components. The Rear bonnet heat shield provides additional protection to the rear section of the engine bay, ensuring that critical parts remain within optimal operating temperatures.
  • The Left side heat shield and Right side heat insulator (symmetrical to left) work in tandem to shield the sides of the engine from excessive heat. These shields are crafted from robust, heat – reflective materials that deflect heat away from sensitive areas, such as fuel lines and electrical systems. Complementing these are the C7H right side heat – insulating sound – absorbing panel (L32/L37) and C7H left side heat – insulating and sound – absorbing plate (L32/L37), which not only manage heat but also dampen engine noise, contributing to a quieter and more comfortable driving experience.
